UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver your goods to mainland UK addresses within 3 working days of receipt of your order (subject to availability). We use reputable couriers together with the Royal Mail to get your items to you quickly and safely.
Our standard delivery charge start from £3.49. From time to time we will run special promotions on delivery and also if you spend a certain amount in the store then delivery may be free. Please keep an eye on our Offers page and Social Media for details
All our product packaging is recyclable wherever possible and when we send out your order we also use fully recyclable padded envelopes to get your order to you safely.
Absolutely No Quibbles Refund if you are not happy with your order.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order please get in touch with us and we will sort it out.
Damaged Items All our parcels are carefully packedaged in our warehouse by hand. Should your order be damaged in transit, please notify us by emailing email@example.com and we will be happy get a replacement item out to you as soon as is possible.
Incorrect Items As we are a small company and we do pack manually, if we should send out an incorrect item then get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and again we will sort this out for you without delay.
Exchange/change/refund/cancel If you have made a mistake while ordering and want a refund or to cancel an order that hasn't shipped then we will, of course, sort this out for you, Please contact us within 28 days of receipt. Dependent on whether the item is food, used, unopened, etc will mean we will sort out whatever the problem is on an individual basis, Please be assured that the customer's happiness will always be the main ingredient when sorting out any problems that occur. If you do want to cancel/change an order that may not have shipped yet then please do get in touch quickly as we do try and turn orders round quickly.
